Article 1: Applicability and binding force These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Qubix AI. By accessing https://qubix-ai.org or using our services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms.

Article 2: Nature of services (Execution-Only) Qubix AI offers an advanced technical infrastructure for AI-driven data aggregation and analytical indicators.

2.1. No regulated advice: We act solely as a technology provider. We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment brokerage, or asset management as defined by the FSMA (Belgium).

2.2. Autonomy: Any financial decision made by the User is entirely at their own discretion and risk.

Article 3: Legal risk disclaimer The User expressly acknowledges:

Extreme volatility: Financial markets and digital assets are subject to unpredictable fluctuations.

Capital Loss: Trading involves an inherent risk of partial or total loss of the initial investment.

No Guarantees: Historical results and AI probabilities do not guarantee future profits.

Article 4: Intellectual Property The entire infrastructure, including AI models, source codes, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of Qubix AI. Any form of reverse engineering or automated extraction (scraping) is strictly prohibited.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Qubix AI is not liable for technical downtime, API delays, or inaccuracies in third-party data, nor for force majeure events such as large-scale cyberattacks.

Article 6: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction This agreement is governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
